All orders are placed and paid online via our secure and proven international payment gateway, PAYFAST. All Payments are processed in South African Rands (ZAR)

Orders are placed by adding items to your cart. Once you have checked out and payment has been made you will receive a notification from us confirming your order which serves as an official agreement of the sale and your order will be processed.

You will then be notified of delivery details, including waybill information for tracking.All orders are ex works, which means once goods have left our warehouse responsibility falls to the buyer.

There are no minimums and orders of all sizes are welcome.

However to qualify for Free Shipping a threshold minimum order value exists for both Local and International orders. We encourage you to take advantage of this great value add.

This outlet store is primarily designed for larger orders and all items are already discounted to below wholesale pricing.

We also currently offer Free Shipping on orders above R1500 for local orders and R8500 for International orders

For 2021, Babymoh! is only offering stock on hand, no pre-orders will be taken this season. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic the decision has been taken to sell all stock on hand before any further manufacturing takes place. We value your support and commitment to the Babymoh! brand. We use DHL for international orders. DHL has offered us the most competitive shipping rates,particularly for larger wholesale orders and is our preferred courier partner.

All orders are dispatched from the mill in South Africa. Transit times depend on the size of the order and the destination. As a guide, these are transit times for a medium sized order to the following destinations (major cities) barring any unforeseen delays:

South Africa to EU 2 weeks
South Africa to Eastern Europe 2 weeks

Otherwise a Flat Rate of R115 is charged for orders under R1500

Babymoh! products are all made in South Africa. Babymoh! by Hinterveld belongs to the Stucken Group, a vertically integrated textile company responsible for the trading, processing, spinning, dyeing and eventually knitting and weaving of Babymoh! products.

This allows for a fully transparent production process, from veld to finished product. This also gives us peace of mind that all processes adhere to the same stringent quality measures and same environmental considerations adhered to across the Stucken Group.

All product dimensions/sizes and weights are listed on individual products. “One Size only” applies to either headwear and mittens or on products such as shawls and ponchos which are loose fitting. Due to the nature of these knitted products, some small size variation may occur, but it would be minimal.

It is important to note that different colour dye lots may vary. This is particularly the case with natural fibres like wool and mohair. If matching sets are required please inform us when placing your order and we will find the closest matching dye lots. Where multiple units of the same product type in the same colour are ordered, we are limited to the number of units made from the same dye lot. Please allow for slight colour variations.

Luke warm hand wash (with a mild wool agent) & rinse by hand only. Flat dry. It is recommended to apply a gentle hand brushing (use a soft bristled hair brush) to get the product looking fresh and amazing!
